On the management side, we have clear-cut company standards, based upon Industry Best Practice, and constantly up-dated, well-defined procedures, using Prince 2, for maintaining or exceeding these standards. Our practice is based upon the Chief Programmer Team (CPT) model which encourages an extremely strong task motivation and professionalism about both the technical and economic quality (adherence to timescale and effort estimates).
